Day 1: Yangon

Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport welcome by our guide and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Rest of the days free at your own leisure:
Our suggestion: (You can enjoy Yangon highlighting the most important historical and cultural sites: Colonial Buildings stop at China town and India quarter to walk around and see the local vendors on the street. And visit the magical Shwedagon Pagoda. The 2,500-year-old Shwedagon Pagoda is said to be the world's richest golden stupa, or Buddhist spiritual monument. Enjoy the amazing sunset view at Shwedagon pagoda.)

Day 2: Bagan

Transfer to the airport for the early morning flight to Bagan which will bring you back into the 11th Century! Upon arrival transfer to Thazin Garden Hotel for check-in. Rest of the day free at your own leisure: 
Our suggestion: (Begin your exploration of Bagan by visiting a busy local market to see the vast variety of fresh fruit and vegetables for sale and gain an insight into the bustling market atmosphere in Bagan and continuing with visits to a diverse selection of the most important pagodas and temples  and visit a local lacquerware workshop, where you can watch men and women ply their craft using traditional methods. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant and late afternoon climb to the top of the Temple for sunset views. Sit back relax and be amazed by the beauty of Bagan as you watch the sun slowly set behind the ancient Pagodas.)

Day 3: Bagan

After breakfast,free at your own leisure to continue your sightseeing in Bagan or to visit Mt. Popa or visit Phwar Saw Village. This village is a perfect example of how locals live, but most importantly you will be able to see the intimacy of the villagers toward one another, and any foreign guests.

Day 4: Bagan - Mandalay

Transfer to the airport for the morning flight to the city of last Myanmar Kings. Upon arrival transfer to Mandalay Swan Hotel for check-in. Rest of the day free at your own leisure:
Our suggestion: (Visit the second most sacred image in Myanmar next to the Shwedagon Pagoda is the Mahamuni Pagoda. Next visit Golden palace Monastery famous for its intricate woodcarvings. Continue to the Kuthodaw Pagoda, which is known as the world largest book due to the Buddhist scripture carved on 729 marble slabs. Then climb up to the Mandalay Hill and see the best view of Mandalay from the top of Mandalay hill as the sun slowly sets.)

Day 5: Mandalay

Free at your own leisure to continue your own sightseeing.
Our suggestion: (Visit Amarapura including photo stop at U Bein Bridge, which made out of teak wood across the Lake and Mahagandayone Monastery, home to over 1,000 monks.)

Day 6: Mandalay - Heho - Inle Lake

Transfer to the airport for the morning flight to Inle Lake. Known as the most beautiful lake in Myanmar, Inle Lake's calm waters are surrounded by high hills and dotted with floating gardens and stilted villages.  From Heho airport drive for a stunning drive (approximate 1- hour drive) which winds though heavily forested hills where we see a variety of trees including banyan, jacaranda, acacia, and rubber trees. At Nyaung Shwe. Check in to Paradise Hotel. Rest of the day free at your own leisure, you have enough time  to visit the downtown and market area and the old Shan Palace of the last Shan Prince who was Myanmar’s first President.

Day 7: Inle Lake

After breakfast free at your own leisure.
Our suggestion: (Enjoy a tour of Inle Lake. The five Buddha images of Phaung Daw U Pagoda are the holiest in Inle Lake. The images have been covered in so much gold they look like balls of solid gold. Next, visit a unique Monastery on the Lake where the local Monks have trained the cats to jump through hoops, it is now affectionately known as the jumping cat Monastery. Proceed to Nampan village and see local cigar [cheroot] making and canoe carving. Visit local homes and observe different life styles.

Day 8: Inle Lake - Yangon

Transfer to the airport for the morning flight, back to Yangon. Upon arrival transfer to Grand Plaza Parkroyal Hotel for check-in. Rest of the day free at your own leisure.
Our suggestion: (Enjoy a visit Scott Market (Bogyoke Aung San Market) the sprawling 70-year-old Market. At the market you will find a whole variety of interesting Burmese souvenirs, from lacquer ware to gems & jewelry - bargain at the stores to fully experience the Burmese market atmosphere! )

Day 9: Yangon - Departure

Free at your own leisure till transfer to Yangon International Airport.
