Tour Cost and Services 

All tour costs are quoted net in US Dollars and subject to change without notice.
Package tour price includes:

• Meeting, assistance and transfer on arrival and departure at Yangon International Airport.
• Domestic flights, car/coach and boats for transportation, city sightseeing and excursions as per itineraries.
• On all transfer and sightseeing tours, one certified/ experienced tour guide will escort through out. German, French, Italian, Spanish and Japanese guides are available on request and subject to confirmation.
• Entrance fees of certain arranged tour sites.
• Accommodations are arranged on twin sharing basis at mentioned Hotels.

Price Excludes:

• International airfare, airport tax and visa fees, all insurance,
• Also excluded are Personal expenses, room services, mini bar, gratuity, etc.

Payment

A deposit of US $100.00 (per person) is required within one month after acceptance of the quotation and confirmation. Full payment must be made three weeks prior to the arrival. Please contact us for payment method.

Services shall not be provided unless remittance reaches us prior to the arrival. Cash on arrival is acceptable only when payment cannot be made in advance. 

Cancellation

Cancellation shall be effective on the day written notice is received by Myanmar Shalom Cancellation fees will be:
30 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee
29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 20 % of full payment
14 to 7 days prior to arrival Yangon date: 30 % of full payment
Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 50 % of full payment
 

Refund

After commencement of tour, no refund either in full or in part will be given for unutilized services included in the program.
 

Children

75% of adult rate will be charged for the children under 12 years old sharing a room with a parent. Please check with Myanmar Shalom when making your reservations.
